winterliche Bratapfel-Marmelade mit Whiskey

Rosinen einlegen
Rosinen über Nacht in 6 EL Whiskey einlegen. Dazu die Rosinen in ein Schälchen geben und den Whiskey darübergiessen. Offen bzw. nur leicht abgedeckt ziehen lassen....
Schritt 2
Äpgel vorbereiten
Die Äpfel schälen, vom Kerngehäuse befreien, in kleine Würfel (ca. 2x2 cm) schneiden und in einen grossen Topf geben. Wer will kann das Würfeln der Äpfel auch einer Küchenmaschine überlassen....
Schritt 3
Wasser angiessen
Ca. einen halben Liter klares Wasser zu den Apfelstückchen geben und das Ganze aufkochen lassen....
Schritt 4
Mandeln anrösten
Während die Apfelstückchen warm werden, in einer Pfanne die Mandeln ohne Fett anrösten. Vorsicht, dass sie nicht zu dunkel werden (sonst werden sie bitter!). Perfekt ist es, wenn sie ein leicht bräunl...
Schritt 5
Marmelade würzen
Wenn die Apfelstückchen anfangen zu dampfen, dann den Zitronensaft und den Zimt dazugeben. Kräftig umrühren!...
