Lauch schneiden
Den Lauch zuerst einmal waschen, damit noch vorhandene Erde und Schmutz entfernt wird. Anschließend den Lauch in Streifen schneiden. Diese sollten ungefähr fingerbreit sein....

Am Besten nimmt man nun einen Esslöffel der Masse und gibt diese Masse in eine Pfanne mit heißem Öl. Dabei sollte man mit dem Öl nicht sparsam sein! nach ca. 2 Minuten das Reibeplätzchen wenden und von der anderen Seite anbraten.
