Wenn du etwas Pesto einfrieren willst, nehme eine Eiswürfelformund friere das Pesto über Nacht ein. Die eisigen Pesto-Stücke können so in eine Plastiktüte gefüllt werden und normal im Gefrierschrank gelagert und dann einfach portitioniert werden.
