In einer fettfreien Schüssel werden 3 Eiweiß mit ein wenig Salz schaumig geschlagen. Dann werden 175 g Zucker unter das Eiweiß geschlagen bis das Eiweiß ganz steif ist....

Backblech
Auf das Backblech legt man ein Stück Backpapier und streut hier Puderzucker drauf....

Herzchen
Mit einem Spritzbeutel werden jetzt Herzchen geformt und die 5 Gramm beiseite gestellten und gemahlene Haselnüsse über die Herzchen gestreut. Von dem Eischneerest kann man noch Tupfen auf das Backb...
Schritt 5
Fertig
Nach ca. 90 Minuten in einem vorgeheitzten Ofen bei 140 C gebacken, sind sie fertig. Herrlich !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
