Schritt 1 / 1 - Salatcreme kochen

Der Kopfsalat kann zu einer schmackhaften Salatcreme verarbeitet werden. Dazu schneidet man den gewaschenen Salat klein und gibt diesen zusammen mit der zerhackten Zwiebel in die Pfanne. Dann wird beides angeschwitzt und schließlich mit etwas Brühe sowie einem Schuss Sahne für 20 Minuten aufgekocht. Anschließend gibt man alles in eine Schüssel um den Salat mit einem Mixer fein zu pürieren. Die Salatcreme muss zuletzt nur noch mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer abgeschmeckt werden und kann dann als Beilage serviert werden.
