Palatschinken-Palacsinta

Schritt 1
Teig
Zuerst rührt man das Ei locker und gibt dann den Rest der Zutaten bei und rührt das Ganze zu einem glatten Teig....

Backen
Dann lässt man ein wenig neutrales Öl in der Pfanne heiß werden.Ein Viertel des Teiges gibt man jetzt in die Pfanne und backt ihn an beiden Seiten goldbraun. So verarbeitet man den Teig nach und nach ...

Genuss pur
Zum Schluss noch viel Puderzucker über den Palacsinta streuen und ein wenig Sahne an der Seite dazu geben.Wer wird bei so einem Anblick nicht schwach?Guten Appetit - Jó étvágyat !!!...

Schritt 2 / 3 - Backen

Dann lässt man ein wenig neutrales Öl in der Pfanne heiß werden.
Ein Viertel des Teiges gibt man jetzt in die Pfanne und backt ihn an beiden Seiten goldbraun.
So verarbeitet man den Teig nach und nach bis man 4 Pfannkuchen hat, die man dann im Ofen warm hält.

Danach gibt man je einen Pfannkuchen auf einen Teller und gibt darauf - wie auf Foto 2 zu sehen - eine Kugel Vanilleeis.
Dann klappt man den Pfannkuchen 2 Mal doppelt und fertig ist der Palacsinta - wie auf Foto 3 zu sehen-. 

In Ungarn habe ich auch Palacsinta mit Marillenmarmelade gegessen oder mit Wallnusspuree und heißer Schokolade aber der mit Vanilleeis hat es mir angetan.
