Für die Würze und Exotik gibt man nun ein paar Spritzer Tabasco in das Glas. Man sollte jedoch selbst ein bisschen experimientieren und versuchen herauszufinden was einem am besten schmeckt d.h. am Anfang nicht zuviel Tabasco verwenden und sich von Glas zu Glas steigern. (Das muss auch nicht an einem Abend sein :D )

An einem heißen Sommertag empfehle ich mein kaltes Bier (span.: mi chela helada). Doch es ist mehr als ein Bier, es ist eine Michelada. Dabei handelt es sich um ein aus Mexiko stammendes Biergemisch für das man Limettensaft und Tabasco benötigt. Uiuiui, werden jetzt sicherlich einige denken.
