Schritt 1 / 3 - Teig für die Muffins anrühren

Zuerst das Backpulver unter das Mehl heben und die Butter mit derm Zucker verrühren. Dann gibt man die Eier nach und nach hinzu und rührt diese unter zusammen mit der Mehlmischung. Auch diese nach und nach zusammen mit den Eiern dazugeben. Nun wird der Teig auf 2 Schüsseln verteilt und mit Lebensmittelfarbe (braun und rosa) eingefärbt. Wer möchte kann anstatt der braunen Lebensmittelfarbe auch Kakaopulver unterrühren, sowohl für den Geschmack als auch die Farbe.
