Leim auf den Ballon mitteldick auftragen. Dann verteilt man das Papier in drei Lagen auf dem Ballon....

Man klebt die Kordel jetzt relativ weit oben mit Leim an, einmal um den Ballon. Dann klebt man noch etwas Papier drüber. ...
