Schritt 2 / 3 - Karamell herstellen

Kombiniere den braunen Zucker, die Butter, den Sirup und das Salz und mische alles zusammen. Bringe das klebrige Gemisch zum Kochen und halte die Hitze über 5 Minuten. Danach von den Topf vom Herd nehmen und das Backpulver hinzufügen (es wird nun etwas schäumen). Wichtig: Ständig rühren, während der Schaum entsteht! Gieße den klebrigen Sirup als nächstes über das Popcorn und vermische alles sorgfältig.
