Chinesische Spinatsuppe

Übersicht
Schritt 1
Spinat
125 Gramm TK-Blattspinat in einen Topf geben, 500 ml Salzwasser dazu und aufkochen....
Schritt 2
Knoblauch
Feingehackten Knoblauch mit etwas Öl anbraten und dann in den Kochtopf mit dem  kochenden Spinat geben....
Schritt 3
Fertig
Einmal umrühren und die fertige Suppe in die Teller geben. Guten Appetit. Ganz einfach, aber lecker und kalorienbewust!!!...

Komisch, dass man als Deutscher gar nicht auf die Idee kommt, aus Spinat ne Suppe zu kochen. Und dabei stell ich es mir sehr lecker vor. Ich hab noch Spinat übrig und werde das Rezept mal testen
