Eimasse vorbereiten
Ca. 5 Minuten bevor die Kartoffeln und die Zwiebeln durch sind, sollten man in einer Schüssel die Eier aufschlagen und verrühren....

Wenn die Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln durch sind, gibt man das Ganze zu der Eimasse in der Schüsssel. Anschließend noch mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Wer es ein wenig schärfer mag, kann auch gerne noch...

Nun nochmal die Pfanne gut ausfetten, dabei besonders darauf achten, dass der Innenrand der Pfanne genug 'Schmiermittel' hat. Die Tortillamasse in die Pfanne geben und auf mittlere Hitze backen lassen...

Schritt 2 / 6 - Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln garen

Wenn das Öl heiß ist, schneidet man mit dem Gemüsehobel die Kartoffeln in die Pfanne. Man merkt wann das Öl heiß ist, wenn man einen Kochlöffel oder Pfannenwender aus Holz nimmt, diesen in das Öl hält und sich dort dann kleine Bläschen bilden. Natürlich gibt man auch die Zwiebeln dazu. Das Ganze jetzt gut durchrühren und ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten auf niedriger Hitze garen lassen.
