Schritt 1 / 2 - Eier kochen und Mund zuschneiden
Zunächst sind die Eier hart zu kochen und dann von der Schale zu befreien. Dies geht am einfachsten wenn man Sie vorher in kaltem Wasser abschreckt. Dann macht man einen waagerechten Schnitt bis zur Mitte des Eies. Mit einem weiteren diagonalen Schnitt welcher ebenfalls hin zur Mitte führt, vollendet man den Mund des "Eierkopfs".
