Selbstgemachte Zahnpasta

Grundpaste vermengen
Zunächst vermischt man trocken die Heilerde mit der Messerspitze Salz und gibt dann tropfenweise abgekochtes Wasser hinzu bis sich eine cremeartige Masse formt....

Zahnpaste verfeinern
Nun mischt man noch Pfefferminzöl und/oder Teebaumöl unter die Grundmasse. So wirkt sie nachher desinfizierend und schmeckt erfrischend frisch....

Fluorid hinzugeben
Nun kann man noch Fluoridtabletten zermalen und der Zahnpaste hinzufügen. Damit das Fluorid später auch wirken kann, ist es ratsam die Zähne lange zu putzen, denn es wird bei der Zahnpflege im Speiche...

Nun kann man noch Fluoridtabletten zermalen und der Zahnpaste hinzufügen. Damit das Fluorid später auch wirken kann, ist es ratsam die Zähne lange zu putzen, denn es wird bei der Zahnpflege im Speichel gelöst und kann so nur indirekt wirken.
