Schweizer Wurstsalat

Schritt 1
Die Fleischwurst
Zuerst die Fleischwurst (auch bekannt unter Lyoner) 'enthäuten'. Danach die Wurst der Länge nach halbieren und anschließend in Scheiben schneiden....
Schritt 2
Die Zwiebel
Danach schneidet man die Zwiebel in Ringe und gibt sie zu der Fleischwurst....
Schritt 3
Das was den Wurstsalat zum 'Schweizer' macht
Nun den Emmentaler in Würfel schneiden. Dafür das Stück erst in Scheiben und diese wiederum in kleine Stücke schneiden. Auch das gibt in die Salatschüssel....

Das Dressing
Bei dem Dressing habe ich es mir ganz einfach gemacht. Zuerst nimmt man eine Fertigsalatgewürzmischung von einem uns allen bekannten Lebensmitteldiscounter und gibt diese in ein Schüttelglas. Dafür ne...

Nun nur noch das Dressing darüber geben und gut durchmengen. Anschließend noch ein wenig im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen.Je nachdem wie kalt der Wurstsalat serviert werden soll, nimmt man die Schüssel au...

Schritt 4 / 5 - Das Dressing

Bei dem Dressing habe ich es mir ganz einfach gemacht. Zuerst nimmt man eine Fertigsalatgewürzmischung von einem uns allen bekannten Lebensmitteldiscounter und gibt diese in ein Schüttelglas. Dafür nehme ich übrigens leere, ausgespülte Marmeladegläser. Danach gibt man die 4 Esslöffel Wasser und die 2 Esslöffel neutrales Öl (hier Rapsöl) hinzu. Jetzt ordentlich durchschütteln.

  • 325 g Fleischwurst
  • 200 g Emmentaler
  • 1 Stk. mittlere Zwiebel
  • 1 Päckchen Salatgewürzmischung 'würzige Gartenkräuter'
  • 4 EL Wasser
  • 2 El neutrales Öl (z.B. Raps- oder Sonnenblumenöl)
