Champignons
Zuerst werden die Champignons fein geschnitten und in etwas Butter oder Öl angebraten....
Schritt 2
Zwiebeln
Dann kommen die fein geschnittenen Zwiebeln dazu....
Schritt 3
Wein oder Wasser
Wenn die Zwiebeln glasig sind, löscht man die Pilz-Zwiebelmasse mit einem Glas Weißwein oder Wasser ab....
Schritt 4
Lauch
Jetzt gibt man die gepressten Knoblauchzehen zu, gut umrühren und ca 1 Minute mit backen.Dann kommen die feingeschnittenen Lauchringe dazu und der getrochnete Thymian....
Schritt 5
Crème fraiche
Zum Schluß rührt man noch die Crème fraiche unter die Gemüsemischung, abschmecken mit Salz und Pfeffer und die Soße servieren mit Pasta.Der Lauch sollte noch knackig sein.Guten Appetit!...
