Die halbierte und sauber gemachte Paprika in einen Gefrierbeutel tun und sie dann einige Stunden vor dem Gebrauch auftauen....

Enthäuten
Die aufgetaute Paprika mit Küchenpapier trochnen und das Häuten geht jetzt ganz problemlos.Wie man auf dem Foto sieht, kann man die Paprikahaut jetzt einfach mit einem Küchenmesser abziehen....
