Kohlsalat à la Linda

Jarma Kohl
Diesen Kohlsalat kann man machen mit Weißkohl oder Jarma Kohl. Der Jarma Kohl ist für diesen Salat sehr zu empfehlen ,weil er weicher und zarter ist als der normale Weißkohl....
Schritt 2
Zutaten
Ein halber Kohl reicht für 4 Personen. Erst macht man die äusseren Kohlblätter und den Strunk ab und schält die 2 Möhren....
Schritt 3
fein schneiden
Der Kohl wird fein geschnitten und die Möhren fein geraspelt, wie man auf dem Foto sehen kann. Dann wird alles gut gewürzt mit Salz und Pfeffer. Jetzt vermischt man den Salat mit der Salatmayonn...
Schritt 4
Rosinen on Top, für den Kenner.
Wenn alles gut gemischt ist, kann man oben auf den Salat einige Rosinen streuen sowie man das bei grünem Salat oft mit Nüssen macht. Bon Appetit!!!!...
