Zitronekuchen
Den Zitronekuchen schneidet man in ca. 1 cm dicke Scheiben. Dann sticht man mit der Herzform aus diesen Scheiben Herzen. Aus einem Kuchen kann man 12 Scheiben schneiden, so dass man 4 kleine Törtche...

Sandwich
Jetzt schmiert man zwischen die 3 Herzscheiben die Erdbeer-Sahnemischung. Wenn man möchte kann man wie auf dem zweiten Foto zu sehen ist an die Außenseiten noch etwas Schokolade-Streusel geben....

Weißer Schokoladenraspel
Dann habe ich aus einem weißen Schokoladenriegel noch etwas Schokolade geraspelt....

Sahne
Zum Schluß spritzt man noch Sahne auf die Oberseite der Törtchen. Darauf kommt dann die geraspelte Schokolade und ganz obendrauf eine Erdbeere. Was ein Genuss!!!...
